The Splish Splash SheSails Ladies Race is designed to promote women in sailing by requiring all yachts to have a nominated helmswoman for the duration of the race. This initiative aims to encourage female sailors to take on leadership roles and actively participate in competitive sailing events. Reach out to CYC or directly to a skipper to see who needs extra race crew for the day as you need to be allocated to a boat to register. The course for this race is weather-dependent, ensuring safety and optimal sailing conditions.
