Please note: The CYC Start Crewing course needs a minimum of three particpants to proceed. I'm looking forward to getting you started on your course over two days this weekend.

Registration Steps:
Step 1.) Please register for your free Australian Sailing Number HERE and choose under your membership type:
New Member - Full Membership - Temporary Course Participant

Step 2.) Register and pay HERE for your course once you have your free Australian Sailing number.

You will get a hard copy of this introduction to keelboats at the course or you can collect this from the office beforehand. The office is open Mon - Wed 9am - 2pm.

Course Overview
This course introduces participants to the basics of sailing on keelboats, including boat handling, safety and sailing theory.

Course Prerequisites

Water confident.

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for participants who wish to begin sailing in a keelboat. Learn the basics, whilst staying relatively dry! All the equipment and gear will be provided by your accredited Discover Sailing Centre.

Course Outcome

You will gain your Start Crewing completion certificate.
