SheSails Land Event - Sailing first aid session! - Thursday 23 July - 5.45pm for 6pm start to 7.30pm at the CYC Boatshed. Women mentoring women.

Join us for a hands-on session looking at sailing first aid. Understand how to deal with managing first aid challenges on board, medical mishaps midsail, head injuries and basic first aid! Learn by doing with plenty of laughs. Perfect for new sailors or experienced sailors looking to share their knowledge in a fun way!

As usual, bookings are essential so we know numbers. CYC members there is no charge as it is part of your CYC membership and Non-CYC Members are $10 to join this informative session.
